How to manage your Account Details

  1. Login
  2. Click on the My Account button in the top menu.
  3. In the Managing your Account section click My Details link to change your Account Details, or click Addresses link to change existing or to add new account address.

 

How to Place an Order

  1. Search or Browse for the products you are after by category, manufacturer, keyword or price.
  2. To place each product in your shopping basket, select the checkbox alongside the product and click Add to Basket button if viewing as a list, or click Add to Basket button if viewing the full product details.
  3. When finished shopping, click the Your Basket link in the top right corner.
  4. Click Place Order button.
  5. If you are not logged in, click the Login to login. If you are not already registered you have to do so here to proceed with your order.
  6. You will then be asked to enter a delivery address, or to select one of your previously entered addresses. Here you can add additional delivery notes. Click Next.
  7. Enter PO number if available. Select payment method. If choosing Visa or MasterCard, you will then be prompted to enter your credit card details into a secure form. This sends your information via SSL (Secure Socket Layer) directly from your computer to SecurePay for processing. Click Next.
  8. Click Place Order to finalise your order.

 

How to Create a Quote

  1. Search or Browse for the products you are after by category, manufacturer, keyword or price.
  2. Before creating a quote, place each product in your shopping basket. To do that, select the checkbox alongside the product and click Add to Basket button if viewing as a list, or click Add to Basket button if viewing the full product details.
  3. When finished shopping, click the Your Basket link in the top right corner.
  4. Click Create Quote button.
  5. If you are not logged in, click the Login to login. If you are not already registered you have to do so here to proceed with your quote.
  6. Enter Quote Name/Reference. Use descriptive name - you can use the Quote Name later to search for past quotes.
  7. Click Save.
  8. To view your past quotes, login and click My Account in the top menu. Under Managing your Account section click Quotes link. You can view past quotes based on quote status (Active, Ordered, Expired, All), or you can use the Search Quotes form in the right sidebar to search for quotes based on Quote ID or Quote Name.
